§ 89E-24.  Attorney General as legal advisor.

The Attorney General or any assistant or associate in the Department of Justice selected by the Attorney General shall act as legal advisor to the Board.  (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1074, s. 1; 2025-25, s. 9(m).)
