§ 90-210.73.  Not public record.

The following records or documents shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes and are not subject to discovery, subpoena, or other means of legal compulsion for release:

(1) Preneed funeral contracts filed with the Board.

(2) All financial information used to demonstrate solvency in connection with a bond required under G.S. 90-210.67 or application for preneed funeral establishment permit.  (1997-399, s. 33; 2018-78, s. 13; 2025-76, s. 4.10.)
